In her new role as head of customer support, Suzanne will focus on the customer journey and make sure that the service our customers receive is the best in the business, smooth and seamless, while maintaining the personal touch that has been developed over many years.


The ever-expanding Flowtech would like to welcome Suzanne Emberton to the team.

In her new role as head of customer support, Suzanne will focus on the customer journey and make sure that the service our customers receive is the best in the business, smooth and seamless, while maintaining the personal touch that has been developed over many years.

Suzanne has been employed by NatWest for the past 11 years in a variety of roles, including Branch Management and leading the remote Premier Relationship Management Division. Suzanne enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going on trips to the Lake District, and walking her beloved dog, Max.
