Flowtech are now an official shirt sponsor for our home town football team Skelmersdale United F.C.
Towards the end of 2020, Flowtech became an official shirt sponsor for our home town football team Skelmersdale United F.C, who are based at One Call Taxis Stadium.
Founded in 1882, Skelmersdale United has a very rich pedigree with an extensive list of honours. The club had its genesis in a team of players brought together by the teachers at Skelmersdale Wesleyan Day School and the team was originally called ‘Skelmersdale Young Rovers’.

The club’s most recent success came in November, when manager Paul McNally guided his team to six victories in the FA Cup qualifying rounds to reach the first round of the FA Cup for the first time since 1971! They also became the first North West Counties Football League outfit to achieve the feat since 1986. Season 2020-21 marks the 50th Anniversary of the greatest season in Skelmersdale United’s history as they lifted the Amateur Cup at Wembley Stadium.
