For many years within our business, we have worked in partnership with the North Lancashire Teaching Council (NLTC) to support employees with NVQ training. As our business grows, we are looking to support our local community by enabling young, aspiring individuals to learn our business and experience a variety of departments over a two-year programme, before settling into a role which suits both the employee and the company. Experience within different teams enables each apprentice to gain a holistic view of Flowtech and also acquire the crucial skills and knowledge necessary to future-proof the company.
