Flowtech employs over 135 people in its headquarters located in Skelmersdale, West Lancashire, with an even split between office and warehouse staff. Office functions include work in the Call Centre, Customer Services, Sales Development, Technical Support, Buying and Merchandising, Accounts, Creative Services and Human Resources. Warehouse work involves, stock control and management, picking, packing and simple assembly work. Full time office staff work a 39.5 hour week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm. The warehouse operates between 7am and 11pm and, therefore, may involve shift, evening and part time working.
